It was just a good pick for a couple of nights in Atlanta with fantastic value for money. The new room appeared clean, unlike the first one we got. If traveling with kids, be prepared for a lot of stair climbing if the elevators are down.

The entire experience felt off from the

moment we arrived. Despite the poor condition, the staff attempted to be accommodating, but it was overshadowed by the discomfort of our room's state.

Our stay was delightful! The burger at Burger Theory was a standout, and the staff's warm hospitality made us feel at home. Don't miss the late-night snacks. they were a perfect end to our long day.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was genuinely caring, quickly offering assistance when I needed help with my luggage and providing thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants and stress-free.

I loved that the hotel was just a short walk away from Northlake Mall and the Burger Theory restaurant, which served some of the best food I've ever had, making it easy for me to enjoy the local flavor and shop during my weekend getaway as a single traveler. however, the hotel was undergoing some remodeling which limited some of the common areas that I would have liked to use.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating during our late check-in, showing kindness that made a real difference. However, the room left much to be desired, with an unclean toilet and unreliable air conditioning that affected comfort. Though conveniently located near restaurants, the overall experience was disappointing due to these maintenance issues.

I truly appreciated the clean and well-decorated environment in the Holiday Inn Hotel Atlanta-Northlake, A Full Service Hotel. It had a lovely atmosphere that felt welcoming and secure, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate.

We had a fun time exploring the Atlanta History Center, especially the beautiful gardens and the historic Swan House. The room was spacious, and my kids loved having extra space to play. Plus, the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep after our adventures.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options available. The restaurant seemed under-staffed, which made it hard to get service when we needed it.

The seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the extra deposit at check-in was a slight surprise, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 😊
